Description
- We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented individual to build our outdoor Sales team in Qatar.
- You will be responsible for acquiring new customers in the market using multiple sales channels including calling, email and relevant digital channels, as well as physical sales.
- Build a strong direct sales funnel to make our brand the leader in the industry.
- You are a hunter, who rolls up their sleeves and sniffs out opportunities, taking cases through the entire sales cycle from start to finish.
- Team up with global Sales & business development teams in other countries to exploit cross-selling opportunities (with our direct customers or the counterparts of customers).
- Be extremely results driven, exceeding ambitious targets (financial, customer satisfaction, operational) and taking organization to the next level in Qatar.
- Partner with cross functional teams across Product, Marketing, Venture Development, Finance, Legal and Risk to remove obstacles and close deals.
- Be the voice of the customer and engage with Product teams to drive product localization and improvements.
- Be a team player, contributing towards broad company goals in a world-class team with a performance- and people-driven culture.
Requirements
- A hungry, infectious personality: We’re looking for someone determined to win and with the resourcefulness to achieve it. More of a Hunter than a Farmer.
- Experience working in a B2B and B2G environment favorable.
- Ability to influence C-level executives as well as passionate owners of small and medium-sized businesses.
- Proven ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams and departments
- Critical thinking and strong decision-making abilities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and ever-changing dynamic environment
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. Degree in engineering is a plus.
- Familiar with bid and quotation preparation.
- Marketing material management and social media account handling.
Mandatory requirements
- Fluent in English & Arabic (Please do not apply if you are not fluent in Arabic)
- Must possess excellent communication skills and MS Office skills.
- Network of strong connections across Qatar market.
- At least 3+ years of experience working in a high-pressure sales environment. Background in IT/ELV Sales for Aviation Sector, Ministries, Banks and Customer Service industry is a big advantage.
