Description
Responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact between the internal managment and externals.
Capability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Schedule meetings/appointments and manage calendars
Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Source office supplies.
Produce reports, presentations and briefs.
Update ERP system with all related tasks: inventory check, tagging, customer database, invoicing, track orders/shipments.
Be available for any time event or exhibition.

Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant. Bachelor degree. PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Ability to work/understand the ERP system MS Office and English proficiency. Outstanding organisational and time management skills. Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. Excellent verbal and written communications skills (In English). Discretion and confidentiality. _________Location
