Desired Skills & Experience
- Leadership and Team Management. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of therapists, receptionists, and other staff members
- Customer Service. High level of customer service skills to ensure clients have a positive and relaxing experience
- Sales and Marketing.
- Business Acumen. Understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure the spa’s profitability.
- Organizational Skills. Ability to manage schedules, appointments, inventory, and ensure smooth daily operations
- Knowledge of Spa Services and Products. Familiarity with the various treatments offered, the benefits of different products, and staying updated on industry trends.
- Human Resources Skills. Experience in hiring, training, and managing staff, as well as handling payroll
- Communication Skills
- Problem-Solving. Ability to quickly and effectively address any issues that arise
