• Diagnose clients’ travel specifications and recommend tailored travel packages
• Organize complete travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, and transport
• Provide clients with relevant travel documents
• Collect deposits and balances in a timely, accurate manner
• Use promotional techniques to market tour packages and upsell services
• Manage unforeseen travel issues and resolve client complaints efficiently
• Stay up to date with industry trends by attending conferences and training sessions
• Maintain accurate electronic client records and financial documentation
• Work towards achieving revenue and profit target.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably in Corporate Travel or similar industry

• Strong knowledge of reservation and GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, and e-travel platforms (SAP Concur highly preferred)

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Exceptional sales skills and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to negotiate rates and maintain cost-effective travel solutions
• Well-versed in various travel types: domestic/international, business, and group travel
• Strong communication, persuasion, and crisis management skills
• Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business, or a related field
