Working with centos and issues related to the task.
Good exposure over OS like Centos.
Remotely supporting more than 80 servers which include production, development and Database.
Trouble shoots if any CPU or Disk utilization is very high.
Maintain servers and system security according to campus standards.
Hands on Package installation, Creating, upgrade, remove packages.
Ensure systems team support requests are answered within one business day.
Respond rapidly to system maintenance needs, including on weekends and evenings.
Managing Remote Desktop.
Manage,Maintain & configuring the asterisk server.
Configuring the SIP accounts & VOIP accounts and tightening the security of Asterisk Server.
Configuring PRI Lines with Digium,Sangoma Cards,Caudal Fin card & AlloCard.
Experience in gathering server log files and configuration data for analysis.
Installing & configuring the SSL certificates in web servers and troubleshooting the issues with respect to logs.
Ability to work on APIs and resolving the errors accordingly to the responses.
Ability to work on complex issues and providing the solution.
