Description
Nepali / Sri Lankan Cook (Breakfast Buffet & Evening Buffet)
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Planning the breakfast buffet menu and the evening buffet as well purchasing food, including shopping as necessary;Ensuring strict attention to dietary restrictions and food allergies; Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)Cook food in various utensils or grille
Ensure great presentation of each buffet by dressing dishes before they are served Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen and at the buffet stations
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages and frequent check quality of ingredients

Requirements Proven experience as cook, preferably Asian cuisine Experience in using cutting tools, cookware operating various kitchen appliances such as a blender, oven, grill; serving or assisting with serving as the occasion demands; and performing other related duties as assigned.
