Description

• Prepare accurate initial cost estimates and budgets for potential fit-out and construction projects.

• Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).

• Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings using both manual and digital methods.

• Source and collate material, plant, and labor costs from suppliers and subcontractors.

• Develop detailed cost plans and elemental cost breakdowns.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3-5+ years) working as a Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor or fit-out specialist.in Gulf Area

• Demonstrable experience with interior fit-out projects (commercial, retail, hospitality) is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of standard forms of construction contracts (e.g., JCT).
