Description

Looking for candidate with more than 5 years experience in construction in Oil, Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery Plants as a Mechanical Supervisor(Tank Erection).

1.Intensive knowledge and work experience related Tank Erection

2.Construction of Floating roof (FR), Internal floating roof (IFR) and Cone roof (CR) & Dome

Roof (DRT) oil storage tank as per API 650.

3.Fabrication and Erection of Annular plates, Bottom Plates as per the Approved drawing.

4.Fabrication and Erection of Shell Plates.

5.Carried Out the orientation of tank Nozzle, Tank shell development.

6.Supervise all mechanical construction activities to ensure all the work are carried out as per

Project Specification and Schedule.

7.Supervision of Tank shell & Tank Nozzle fabrication and erection with PWHT Activities.

8.Fabrication and erection of Clean out Door (COD).

9.Fabrication and erection of floating roof deck for FR Tank.

10.Fabrication and erection of Rolling Ladder and roof sealing.

11.Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements.

12.Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specification.

13.Carried out Blasting and painting of the tank and pipelines.

14.Fit-up inspection of weld joints. Preparation of Daily and Weekly Reports.

15.Preparation of Weekly and Monthly schedule.

 

16.Coordination with NDT team at site.

Educational Qualification Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
