- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs to exceed customer’s expectations.
- Responsible for customer assistance, cash register operation, sales / monetary transactions, opening/closing procedures.
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations; handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution, in case complain are not sorted, report it immediately to the line manager.
- Assist with inventory, setting up an attractive product display/ merchandising, and replenishing of stock on the sales floor, stock rotation to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Distributing samples and providing feedback for improvement to the management.
- Meeting daily and monthly targets and submitting sales reports.
