We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and drive business growth through client acquisition and strategic partnerships

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new manpower supply contracts and direct projects for the company.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients across industries such as construction, FM, hospitality, logistics, etc.

• Promote our services for both local manpower supply and overseas recruitment on full-time, part-time, or temporary bases.

• Prepare marketing plans, proposals, and client presentations tailored to specific industry needs.

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet monthly/quarterly targets.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to expand the company’s reach.

• Coordinate with internal teams for client onboarding and project fulfillment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, business development, or contract acquisition in the HR or manpower supply sector.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong knowledge of the Qatari market and labor laws (GCC experience is a plus).

• Ability to work independently and deliver results under pressure.

• Valid Qatar Driving License is preferred.
