Our esteemed construction company is in urgent need of a highly skilled Autocad Draftsman cum Document Controller, who possesses extensive experience in the construction industry within the GCC region.
The candidate should be available to join our team immediately.

Job description;
- Responsible for detailed drawing for MEP & CIVIL.
- Designing & Preparing for 2D, 3D Plans-Shop drawing detailed shop drawing.
- Liaising with clients, project managers and Site staff.
- Prepare Job Order with Material list.
- Drafting, and processing jobs for production.
- Prepare drawings as instructed by the Project In-charge.
- Visiting site for final site measurement to begin with drawings
- Ensuring all drawings are prepared in accordance with the company standards and meet the project scope
- Reviewing architectural and shop drawings, contract specifications, and samples for design inconsistencies and conflicts.
- Performing other duties as required.
- Completing tasks within an agreed / allocated time
- Have a strong attention to details.
- Self-starter who can work within a project team, or independently.
- Knowledge of construction industry document control best practices.
- Proficiency in document management software and tools.
- Ability to keep clear and accurate records and reports.
- Managing and maintaining all project documents, records, and information.
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
