Description
EGA's Maintenance Supervisor ensures the efficient operation and upkeep of a school’s facilities by overseeing maintenance staff and coordinating repair and preventive maintenance activities.
They are responsible for scheduling and conducting regular inspections, managing maintenance requests, and ensuring that all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, are functioning properly. The supervisor also develops and implements maintenance procedures, manages budgets for repairs and supplies, and ensures compliance with safety regulations and standards. They work closely with school administrators to address facility issues and maintain a safe, functional learning environment.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or an associate’s degree in facility management or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in maintenance or facilities management, with supervisory experience preferred.
