Description
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute social media marketing strategies to meet brand objectives and drive business growth.
* Develop, manage, and deliver engaging content for social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
* Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and inquiries. Respond promptly and professionally to maintain positive brand reputation.
* Analyze social media performance metrics and use insights to optimize campaigns and improve reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
* Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and stay ahead of industry changes.
* Stay updated with social media trends, emerging platforms, tools, and best practices. Make recommendations for incorporating new strategies or channels into the marketing mix.
* Manage social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and optimization.
* Identify and collaborate with influencers and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engage target audiences.
* Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and legal/regulatory requirements in all social media communications.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
* Proven work experience in social media marketing or relevant roles.
* In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their audience dynamics, and best practices.
* Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of SEO principles, content marketing, and digital advertising is a plus.
* Experience in graphic design or video editing tools is a plus.
