Description

Perform
troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and testing of all air conditioning, cold storage, ventilation systems, and refrigeration devices in commercial and Residential area. Ensure proper functioning and efficiency of the systems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns and improve system performance. Follow safety guidelines and adhere to established protocols and regulations.
Requirements Minimum of 5 years of related experience in industrial HVAC, preferably in facility Management.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle various types of air conditional equipment. Knowledge of maintenance procedures and best practices. Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Must be below 45 years of age.
