Urgent Hiring (Must be available in Qatar and can join immediately) Helpdesk Coordinator DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receives telephone calls and dispatches them to concerned parties
- Receives requests, creates Booking request on Platform, informs Project Engineers and follows up until completion of the work order
· Contacts and follows up providers in response to clients’ requests
- Follows up non-closed BOOKING work orders
- Full coordination with the Operations Department in administrative tasks
- Works under general direction within a clear framework of accountability.
