Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our wholesale chocolates, accessories, and flower shop team. The primary responsibility of the role is to engage and finalize deals with various chocolates, accessories, and flower shops, fostering strong business relationships to drive sales and expand our market presence.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek and establish new distribution business relationships with flower shops, Hotels, and hospitality companies
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring the best terms for both parties.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Effectively communicate and present product information, promotions, and offers to potential and existing clients.
- Keep updated records of sales, contacts, and deals using our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

Desired Skills & Experience
- Qualification Identification (QID) and a valid driving license.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the floral industry.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Knowledge of flower shops' operations and market trends is advantageous.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
