SALES AND DIGITAL MARKETING SUPERVISOR
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. Using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities

- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Responsible for tracking and reporting on digital programs and platforms, including social media pages and paid campaigns, website traffic, email marketing, blog traffic, and SEO performance. Manage day-to-day production, as well as campaign budgets and schedules

· Helps to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered
· Tracks sales data and works to meet quotas or sales team goals
· Analyses trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance
· Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions, sponsored events, etc. Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits. Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
· Responsible for creating sales plans to meet strategic organization goals, building membership, and providing strategic solutions for sales efforts including campaigns, tradeshows, and client acquisition.
