Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chef De Partie, located in Doha, Qatar. The Chef De Partie will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that the preparation and presentation of food items meet the restaurant's standards. The role involves organizing and managing the work of junior kitchen staff, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and collaborating with other chefs to deliver high-quality dishes. Additionally, the Chef De Partie will assist in menu creation and development, ensure portion controls, and maintain inventory levels.

Qualifications

Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
Experience in menu planning and creation
