Looking for a GIS SPECIALIST.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

•Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Civil Engineering, or similar

•Minimum of 6 years’ work experience in the utility sector including minimum 6 years’ experience in GIS

•Professional in ESRI GIS Software.

•Experienced in ESRI ArcGIS Desktop

•Understanding and working knowledge of core principles of GIS and GI data management

•Working knowledge in Autodesk AutoCAD

•knowledge of roads/highways and roads asset base with a good understanding of the end to end process.

•Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English

•Must have ability to utilize computer technology to analyze data, maintain records, analyze financial data and generate reports

•Meet with clients face to face and present GIS solutions of value to the client

•Respond effectively to the clients with a plan of how to meet all the technical requirements

•Proven knowledge and execution of successful GIS projects

•Technical knowledge and skills in GIS Solutions

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong negotiation and convincing skills

•Focused and goal-oriented

•Well-motivated and team focused with an ability to work without supervision and act on own initiative

•Well-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines

•Currently living in Doha, Qatar

•Must be in Working Visa with NOC and available to join immediately.
