• التنسيق مع فرق العمل لضمان جودة التنفيذ وفق المخططات والمواصفات.

• متابعة تقدم المشروع والالتزام بالجدول الزمني المحدد.

• حل المشكلات الفنية الميدانية والتواصل مع إدارة المصنع.

• التأكد من التزام العمال بإجراءات السلامة والجودة.

• Supervise the execution of furniture and decoration projects at job sites.

• Coordinate with work teams to ensure quality execution as per drawings and specifications.

• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to the timeline.

• Troubleshoot on-site technical issues and communicate with factory management.

• Ensure team compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Desired Skills & Experience

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الإشراف على مشاريع تركيب أثاث أو أعمال نجارة.

• إجادة قراءة الرسومات والمخططات الفنية.

• مهارات عالية في القيادة والتنظيم والتواصل.

• القدرة على العمل في مواقع متعددة وتحت ضغط العمل.

• فهم جيد لإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية.

• Minimum 5 years of experience supervising furniture installation or carpentry projects.

• Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work on multiple sites and under pressure.

• Good understanding of safety and occupational health procedures.
