Gray Grass is looking for a passionate and driven Van Salesman to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium food products directly to supermarkets and retail partners through van sales. Your efforts will significantly contribute to enhancing our brand presence and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct van sales by visiting supermarkets and retail shops  plus catering points to promote and sell our products.
• Develop and implement marketing plans tailored for van sales to maximize product visibility and sales.
• Create and execute promotions and presale activities to drive sales during van visits.
• Maintain strong relationships with supermarket, retail and catering buyers and decision-makers to foster repeat business.
• Generate invoices and cash receipts for sales and manage payment processes efficiently.
• Keep up of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to adjust strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer feedback to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and product visibility in retail settings.

Desired Skills & Experience

Skills and Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in sales, particularly in van sales or retail distribution.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies related to van sales and product promotion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with customers

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

A valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability to travel within Doha
