Description
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage all media channels, including Paid, Owned, and Earned (web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, display advertising campaigns).
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence for the organization.
Marketing Strategy:
- Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that need attention.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Performance Measurement:
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing spend and performance based on data-driven insights.
Experimentation and Testing:
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Analytics and Optimization:
- Utilize strong analytical abilities to evaluate the end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.
Visual Concept Creation:
- Create visual concepts for promotional activities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Digital Marketing Calendar:
- Manage the digital marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Online Presence and Reputation Management:
- Maintain and enhance the online presence and reputation of the company.
Budget Oversight:
- Oversee the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications:
- Must be locally available in Qatar with valid Qatar ID and NOC
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on campaign management and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Experience in optimizing user funnels and conducting A/B testing.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking with the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
