We need help setting up and designing fun balloon decorations in Qatar. We are looking for a party enthusiast to join our team as a Balloon Stylist. Candidate must be driven, positive, creative, crafty and warm with customers. To succeed as a Balloon Stylist, you should be thorough in ensuring orders are properly fulfilled, passionate about satisfying clients and committed to work safety. Previous balloon experience preferred. A flexible schedule and availability to work on weekends is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Creating, designing and installing balloon décor, including balloon inflation
• Ability to inflate helium balloons, air filled balloons and free floating helium balloons etc
• Loading, transporting, delivering and installing balloon arches, columns, garlands and centerpieces at events as needed in a safe, timely manner
• Setting up installations to match client’s brief
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and manage balloon stock and equipment
• Assist with styled photoshoots and various party-support task
• Assist with preparing, packing and fulfillment of orders
• Provide excellent customer service and handling clients inquiries and concerns
• Prepare reports and other documents relating to balloon orders
• Follow company regulations and safety standards
• Assist and facilitate with prep, delivery, assembly and breakdown/pickup of balloon/decor equipment and other related tasks
• Ability to walk, lift, climb ladders and lift heavy items for limited periods
• Loading and unloading all materials of set ups and assist with cleanup
• Deliver projects as required

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Proven some working experience in balloon decoration and event styling is preferred Ability to pay close attention to detail Excellent organizational and time management skills Self-driven, ambitious and reliable Maintain a positive, pleasant and professional attitude Flexibility with working hours Available to work most weekends, early mornings and/or evenings when needed High school Diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation with a valid Qatar driver’s license would be a bonus Familiarity with vinyl printing alongside with good computer skills Able to work with online apps for inventory and stock management Able to work without supervision when required An appetite to learn new skills Excellent communication skills in English and/or Arabic is a plus
