We are looking for Admin Assistant/Receptionist (Female) available here in Qatar.
· Greets and receives all visitors ensures that their requirements are promptly dealt with and that they are given full attention.
· Ensures smooth flow of clients and visitors through the offices.
· Answers phone calls and transfers them to the concerned staff.
· Maintains the reception area and the offices in general in a tidy matter.
· Assists in scheduling and setup for meetings.
· Coordinates with related departments / vendors to insure smooth operation of all office equipment.
· Maintains stocks of brochure, magazines, newspapers and other information and ensures that these are easily accessible to visitors.
· Receptionist can solve small problems that can arise from administrative issues. For bigger matters, receptionist should escalate to higher administrative staff who will take this issue to management.
· Responsible for keeping the reception area tidy and organized, and to greet people which a pleasant/professional manner.
· Handles all incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, if any.
Coordinates all necessary security arrangements.
