Description

The role will be reported directly to the general manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 5 years’ experience with estimating and managing small, medium, and large project of telecommunication, ELV and security equipment installation into building such as, intercom, door access, and CCTV camera• Internal and external business development expertise with strong customer relationship management skills.• Site visit and analysis to meet customer needs; exceed customer expectations while maximizing profitability through effective project leadership.• Excellent relationship with existing customer in Doha market and will supplier to have most efficient offered price. • Team leader; strong people and meeting management skills; proven ability to set and manage expectations while solving complex issues with a calm demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Day-to- day operation management of all project and site of instillation of the equipment and to meet deadlines in good manners. • Manage, guide, and assist staff/technicians on day to day operations. • Manage all the government required documentation during the normal operations of the company. • Ensures safety practices are observed by all workers in the site • Report, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of a project• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance

• Evaluate Teammate's performance and develop a plan for increasing growth and responsibility

Job Functions:

• Bring in low voltage systems construction work. Manage work through to a successful and profitable completion.• Display the technical, human and conceptual skills required to be a successful Project Manager.• Ensure that all projects and contractual commitments are met and performed professionally• Manage the resources which include support personnel, materials, and the associated paperwork requirements.• Ensure that all processes and procedures are followed.• Ensure that has a successful project and a satisfied customer.
