We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team in a busy fabric shop. The ideal candidate should have a passion for textiles and fashion, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fabrics based on their needs.
• Provide information on fabric types, quality, usage, and care instructions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop and fabric displays.
• Measure and cut fabric accurately as per customer requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in visual merchandising and creating attractive displays.

Requirements:

• Prior retail or sales experience preferred (experience with fabrics is a plus).
• Basic math skills for handling sales and measurements.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
