We are hiring Skilled Fitout Supervisor / Engineers for a Prestigious Project in Kindom of Saudia Arabia. The desired candidates shall have a Good Knowledge of fitout construction processes, materials, and deatils and must be ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Take charge of fitout projects, managing the site, and ensuring smooth operations.
• Attend client meetings to grasp their requirements accurately and provide updates on project progress.
• Effectively communicate client needs to the project team for seamless execution.
• Lead and manage on-site workers, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fitout Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, team members, and workers effectively.
• Ability to quickly understand and interpret client requirements.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills to manage on-site challenges.
• Knowledge of fitout construction processes, materials, and techniques.
