Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
- Content Creation:
- Create visually appealing and engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to images, videos, infographics, and blog posts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas and ensure consistency with the brand voice and messaging.
- Conduct regular content audits to assess performance and make data-driven improvements.
- Advertising Strategy:
- Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet specific business objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
- Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging advertising technologies.
- Community Engagement:
- Foster and grow the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns and content.
