Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Management:
   • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
   • Manage day-to-day activities on social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, and monitoring.
   • Stay updated on social media trends and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
2. Content Creation:
   • Create visually appealing and engaging content for various platforms, including but not limited to images, videos, infographics, and blog posts.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas and ensure consistency with the brand voice and messaging.
   • Conduct regular content audits to assess performance and make data-driven improvements.
3. Advertising Strategy:
   • Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns to meet specific business objectives, such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
   • Monitor and analyze advertising performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
   • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging advertising technologies.
4. Community Engagement:
   • Foster and grow the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
   • Develop and implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns and content.
   • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and insights, making recommendations for improvement.
