Job Title: Residential and Deep Cleaning Staff

Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team as Residential and Deep Cleaning Staff. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks in residential settings, including regular cleaning and deep cleaning services. Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and countertops.
Clean and disinfect kitchen surfaces, appliances, and fixtures.
Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners as needed.
Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and decorative items.
Change bed linens and make beds.
Complete deep cleaning tasks as assigned, including cleaning inside appliances, windows, and baseboards.
Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:

Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting heavy objects.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
