Description

• Operate airless spray machines for application of paints, primers, sealants, and protective coatings.

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primers as required.

• Ensure uniform application, proper thickness, and smooth finishing per project specifications.

• Set up and calibrate airless spray equipment (pressure adjustment, tip selection, nozzle maintenance).

• Clean and maintain spray guns, hoses, and components after each job.

• Report equipment malfunctions and ensure proper tool upkeep.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Airless Spray Painter in oil and gas plant.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Airless spray machines (Graco, Wagner, Titan or similar)

  • Paint mixing, thinning, and surface preparation

• Ability to read instructions, safety data sheets, and basic drawings.

• Preferred: Experience in building maintenance, facility upgrades, and refurbishing projects.
