    Experienced QA/QC Project Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, and offshore construction projects. Strong background in quality assurance protocols, regulatory compliance (IMO, IACS, ABS, DNV, etc.), welding inspections, NDT methods, documentation control, and team leadership within shipyard environments. Proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes, ensuring safety standards, and minimizing rework.
