Description
we are Looking for a Female executive Secretary with good experience in the same field,
Duties and Responsibility:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Excellent communication & Inter-Personal Skills, English Must, knowing Arabic will be an advantage
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Highly organized with a 'can do' attitude
- Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Assist other office staff as needed with filing, faxing, scanning, word processing, etc.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
-File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
-Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
-Develop and maintain a filing system
-Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
-Make travel arrangements
-Document expenses and hand in reports
-Undertake occasional receptionist duties
-Transferable Visa with valid Qatar ID
-driving licen car
Salary will start 3000+ QR
