Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and uclerical duties (filing, scanning, data entry, correspondence).
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining office records.
Support HR functions such as recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Handle calls, emails, and office communications professionally.
Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
Assist management and other departments as needed.
