Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Building Material Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role is an essential part of our sales team, contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
§ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
§ Identify and engage potential clients.
§ Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
§ Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
Product Knowledge:
§ Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
§ Stay informed about industry trends and competitor products.
Sales Targets:
§ Set and achieve sales targets.
§ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Order Processing:
§ Process orders and ensure accurate and timely product delivery.
§ Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure availability.
Reporting:
§ Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
§ Provide regular reports on sales performance to the management.
Customer Service:
§ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proven sales experience (at least 3 years), preferably in a related industry.
· Self-motivated and results-oriented.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid Qatari driver's license
