Description
- Prepare and review cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and measurement of materials.
- Monitor project costs and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Evaluate and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- UPDA Grade A certification is mandatory
