Description

 Responsible for supervising a team of skilled and unskilled workers on-site, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications, standards, and schedules. Acts as a key link between workers and management to maintain smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Supervise and coordinate day-to-day activities of the workforce on-site.

·         Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

·         Monitor progress of tasks, report delays or issues and propose corrective actions.

·         Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to ensure readiness and safety.

·         Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and management to plan and execute work sequences.

Experience:

·         Proven experience in a supervisory role on civil construction projects.

Strong knowledge of safety regulations, tools, and construction practices
