New Hey Mart is a Mini Mart which is operating in Ain Khalid Residential Compound. We are looking for a young and energetic candidate to join our team as Store in Charge

 

Duties & Responsibilities 

·         Experience in managing/supervising retail outlets/convenience store

·         Organize all store operations

·         Manage staff scheduling and recruitments

·         Able to liaise with suppliers/manage internal and external stakeholders

·         Handle e-commerce duties

·         Keeping records of customer feedback

·         Promote in-store promotional events or displays

·         Familiar with market trends to determine the need for improvement

·         Display strong interpersonal skills for enhancement of customer relationships and customer satisfaction

·         Possess strong leadership qualities

·         Customer service oriented with a passion in retail

·         Able to communicate in Malayalam and English, Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
