Essential Function Maintains meeting and schedule calendar for the team leader. Ensures confidentiality of reports, meetings, discussions, designs and all information sensitive in nature. Follow up with departments on status update of pending tasks as instructed by the team leader. Organizes and maintain computerized records of documents and transmittals. Makes arrangement to receive guests/clients and visiting the prospective. Prepares and consolidates reports and presentation. Achieving the target set by department management .
