Description
We are seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive with 1-3 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct interactions with clients and prospects. A valid driving license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or issues.
Desired Skills & Experience
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in outdoor sales or a similar role.
- Valid driving license and a clean driving record.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Basic knowledge of the industry relevant to the products sold
