2. Assist customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their vehicles based on make, model, and year.
3. Provide detailed information about spare parts, including specifications, compatibility, and pricing.
4. Recommend additional products or accessories that complement customers' purchases.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that spare parts are properly displayed and easy to access.
7. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
8. Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
9. Stay up-to-date on new automotive technologies and trends to better assist customers.
10. Assist with inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting regular inventory counts.
