Description
- Master the technicality of the systems under operation with the assistance of the FM team.
- To assist in preparing operational procedures and be creative to improve initiatives.
- To assist with the control, welfare and administration of those assigned to the business area.
- Shall overview sufficient daily inspections to ensure the work is performed as specified.
- Shall use work assignment sheets, summary sheets of inspection and reporting, plus tool and equipment checklist for each assignment to record discrepancies.
- To assist in delivering effective day to day operational management to area of responsibility.
- To report back regularly on daily, weekly, monthly and all performance standards.
- To assist in maintaining and establishing strong internal and external relationships with all stake holders (includes minutes of meetings preparation, escalation, memos, etc.).
- To attend Client meeting as required and produce reports and/or statistical data as necessary.
- To assist in coordinating with traffic management plans and cooperate with Authorities.
- To work closely with FM Deputy Manager to support the facilities management compliance in the project.
- To effectively control the operational budget for area of responsibility and always be able to prove the values of each spend accordingly.
- To assist to champion the local employee communication process to include holding regular staff meetings, trainings and motivations in coordination with the HR Department.
- To assist in maintaining appropriate agreed staffing levels within area of responsibility this includes retaining and motivating new staff within the contract.
- Adhere and champion the Health and Safety requirements and best practice at all times.
- To comply and keep abreast of legislative and other changes that may affect the operation of the contract.
- To ‘cascade’ information to all members of staff and maintain good communications throughout the contract.
- Attend any emergencies and accidents management on the spot.
- To contribute to corporate initiatives as required.
- To liaise with the Project manager and senior management to progress the service.
- Overseeing the effective application of health and safety regulations and risk assessment to ensure a safe environment for park employees and the public.
- To assist in checking the compliance and monitoring works and permits with sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Understanding local community issues, cultures and building relationships with local government and external partners.
- Communicate with customers when appropriate (welcome them in the facilities, address their complaints, find solutions to the problem, offer information).
- To assist in dealing with maintenance issues, shortages in staff and equipment, renovations, etc.
- To assist in restructuring the strengths of the events, collaborating and communicating with events company to provide any assistance needed especially during public and national holidays and any other events.
- To ensure and promote best storage practices and office organisation.
- To assist in optimising the performance of all subcontractors and stakeholders.
- To assist in promoting savings and efficiency as per procurement policies.
- To assist in facilitating advertisement and event companies.
- To assist in reviewing the accuracy of CAFM report from the technical department to comply and meet the KPI.
- To ensure that subcontractors are monitored and complying as per the contract requirements.
- To assist in resolving any recurring issues at Hotel Park immediately to avoid further complaints and inconvenience on the customers and clients.
- Consistently uphold the highest standards for excellence as set the Client to keep in line with the corporate objectives of the Client at all times.
- To assist in triggering audits, corrective actions and preventive actions of the improvement of the Project
- Ensure that all activities, events or incidents that transpire at Project are properly documented.
- To use the company ID while on duty for time registration and abide by the ID and site rules.
- To adhere by the company HR policies and procedures, appointments, performance appraisals, leave plan, and all communication channels.
- To offer advice on the facilities regulations in a polite, calm and professional manner.
- To maintain the highest standard of personal hygiene and appearance at all times; ensuring uniform is clean and smart in appearance when on duty,
- To assist the Project Manager in marketing and positioning the project by suggesting, developing and coordinating ideas and or activities with the different stakeholders.
- To assist Project Manager in developing Business Plan and other required reports/plans as required.
- To communicate in a professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
