Description
Qatar Living is looking for an individual with a mature, professional and commercial mindset to head up our properties product. The person will be responsible for different types of businesses within the Real Estate market in Qatar from developers, landlords and individuals.You will require a good knowledge of the property market across Qatar. Duties and Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments, meeting existing customers to identify and qualify potential prospects
- Effective planning to conduct sales presentations by meeting customers periodically, account managing your clients
- Provide professional demonstrations/presentations of the product
- Identifying and qualifying prospective customers by networking and cold calling
- Keeping clients updated on modifications, changes and enhancements
- Grow the real estate properties social foot print
- Manage the Real Estate team
- Grow the real estate properties social foot print
- Overall responsibility of the properties section
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken english
- Arabic would be an advantage
- Experience with google products - used for reporting and presenting
- Team player
