The Sales Executive of Vehicles is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities related to the organisation's vehicles product. This includes developing and implementing business strategies, identifying potential clients and partners, and negotiating deals. The Sales Executive of Vehicles also works closely with other departments to ensure that new business opportunities align with the organisation's overall goals and objectives.
Sales and Business Development:
· Prospect and acquire new clients in the automotive industry by identifying and contacting potential customers, attending industry events, and leveraging personal and professional networks.
· Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
· Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and customer needs in the automotive sector.
· Collaborate with the marketing and finance teams to develop customised solutions and proposals that meet clients' specific marketing objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
· Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for up selling and cross-selling.
· Liaising with car shops and show rooms and outlining the benefits of subscribing to Qatar Living Vehicles, to achieve client acquisition and revenue targets.
· Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to update them on new products, campaigns, and industry developments.
· Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships including accounts management, and payment collection.
Sales Target Achievement:
· Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding the KPIs on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
· Track sales performance, analyse data, and generate reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
· Collaborate with marketing, finance and management to develop sales forecasts, budgets, and strategies.
Industry Knowledge and Expertise:
· Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the automotive industry, digital marketing, and advertising.
· Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as competitive offerings.
· Act as a trusted advisory to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimise their marketing strategies and campaigns.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, advertising, and creative teams, to develop comprehensive solutions and ensure smooth campaign execution.
· Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of services and address any client-specific requirements.
· Provide feedback and input to enhance internal processes, products, and services based on client needs and market trends.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
· A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the automotive industry.
· Fluency in Arabic and English (both spoken and written) is a must.
· Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the automotive industry or digital marketing sector.
· Strong understanding of the automotive industry, including its dynamics, trends, and marketing challenges.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with exceptional customer service skills.
· Result-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data, derive insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
· Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events, as required.
