Description
To carryout PPM at regular intervals at assigned projects.To attend and rectify on call maintenance request from clients. Coordinate with client and internal team members to ensure timely and efficient work completion. Coordinate vendors as and when required.

Desired Skills & Experience
Thorough knowledge and proven experience as HVAC technician, preferably in an FM company. Ability to work with minimal supervision and flexibility Experience in maintenance of HVAC and Electrical systems. Experience of maintenance of chiller, Package units, compressor overhauling. Knowledge and experience of maintenance of kitchen equipments are a great advantage. Candidate with qatar DL will be given preference.Location
