Description
Our company is seeking to hire an Operations Manager to join our leadership team. You will be in charge of providing inspired leadership for the operation of our business, which involves making important policy and strategic decisions, as well as the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures. You will also be assisting our Human Resources department with recruiting, when necessary, and help promote a company culture that encourages morale and performance.
Operations Manager Responsibilities:
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Manage client invoicing and agreement renewals
• Perform quality controls and monitor staff performance
• Strategize methods to reduce issues/incidents at the client location
• Regular audits (scheduled and surprise) to evaluate the standards of staff working at the client location
• Outstanding revenue follow-ups by working closely with the Finance Manager
• Responsible for client satisfaction (mapped to CSAT)
• People management responsibilities – maintain motivation levels and drive results
• Work closely with senior stakeholders

Operations Manager Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any field. An MBA would be desirable • Experience (3-6 years) in management, operations, and leadership • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, peers, and employees. • Excellent communication skills in English. Arabic skill is desirable • Excellent time management with a result orientated mindset • Qatar driving license is a mustLocation
