We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of our restaurant in Qatar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, staff performance, and operational efficiency, while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.

• Implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and service quality.

• Analyze financial reports, control costs, and drive revenue growth.

• Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Conduct regular audits and inspections to uphold quality and hygiene standards.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional campaigns.

• Provide leadership, motivation, and development opportunities for the team.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and improve profitability.

• Knowledge of Qatar’s food safety regulations and labor laws is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.

• Must be currently based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
