Key Responsibilities:

Operations Oversight:

Supervise and report daily operations, including lane assignments and reservations.

Monitor and improve operational efficiency and workflow

Team Leadership and Customer Services:

Train, and supervise a team of staff members, including lane attendants, billiard technicians, and customer service representatives.

Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership.
-
Foster a customer-focused culture to provide exceptional service to all.
-
Address customer inquiries, concerns, feedback promptly and professionally and report to venue manager.

Inventory Management:
-
Maintain inventory levels of bowling balls, billiard cues, and other related items.
-
Prepare list of supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
-
Safety and Compliance:
-
Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees adhere to safety guidelines.
-
Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to entertainment facilities
Desired Skills & Experience
QUALIFICAITONS:
Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of bowling and billiard operations is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
