Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Oversight:

• Supervise and report daily operations, including lane assignments and reservations. 

• Monitor and improve operational efficiency and workflow

2. Team Leadership and Customer Services: 

• Train, and supervise a team of staff members, including lane attendants, billiard technicians, and customer service representatives.

• Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and leadership.

• Foster a customer-focused culture to provide exceptional service to all. 

• Address customer inquiries, concerns, feedback promptly and professionally and report to venue manager.

3.  Inventory Management:

• Maintain inventory levels of bowling balls, billiard cues, and other related items.

• Prepare list of  supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

4. Safety and Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all employees adhere to safety guidelines.

• Enforce compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to entertainment facilities

Desired Skills & Experience

QUALIFICAITONS: 

• Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality, or a related field. 

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of bowling and billiard operations is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
