POSITION: Admin Assistant
SGS Qatar Looking for “ Admin Assistant” who can assist Admin Superviosr in all kind of coordination
Femal candidate under husband's Sponsorship
Qualification and Skills required:
· Diploma / Degree with Good English Communication
· Computer skill with Good command on MS office tools
· 1-2 years relevant work experience in coorindaiton related to Admin, HR, Inspection, Logistics ect...
· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
· Transpotation provided by company from Doha to Rass Laffan.
· Company is located in Raslaffan support service area ( Exit No 66 on shamal road). those who are wiiling to travel only please apply.
Main Job responsibilities but not limited to:
- Arranging complete logistics for inspector mobilization
- Salary sheet preparation
- Sourcing of Manpower
- filing, scanning, Faxing etc...
- All admin and inspection related coordination
