Description
SuperPark - Doha is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Digital Sales & Reservations Specialist to manage our online booking systems, support ticketing operations, and drive digital sales growth. This role ensures a seamless customer experience from online reservation to park entry, while supporting backend operations and sales reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the online booking and ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and availability.
- Handle customer inquiries related to reservations, group bookings, and promotions through digital channels.
- Monitor daily sales performance and assist in preparing sales and attendance reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to implement online offers and events.
- Identify opportunities to improve the digital booking journey and streamline customer processes.
- Resolve booking issues and provide prompt, professional support to customers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, Management Information Systems or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital sales, e-commerce, or booking/reservation systems (hospitality or recreation preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, POS systems, and online payment gateways.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and customer service mindset.
