SuperPark Doha is seeking a results-driven and education-oriented Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and lead strategic engagement with schools and educational institutions. This role ensures smooth coordination of educational group visits, manages operational staff, and delivers safe, fun, and learning-aligned experiences for students. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with a passion for education, safety, and high-quality recreational service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily park operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, staffing, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, nurseries, and educational organizations across Qatar.

• Coordinate and supervise school bookings, customized programs, and educational tours.

• Lead and train operational staff to deliver structured, age-appropriate experiences aligned with educational outcomes.

• Monitor operational performance, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvements.

• Liaise with the marketing and reservations teams to support outreach and logistics for school visits.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including child safeguarding practices.

• Prepare operational reports and contribute to strategic planning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Recreation Management, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the education, leisure, or events sector.

• Strong understanding of school programming, child development, and recreational learning environments.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of Qatar's education sector

• Bilingual, speaking Arabic & English

• First Aid and child protection certification preferred.
